Delivery times may vary depending on the destination, shipping method selected, carrier availability, and order processing time.

After payment confirmation, your order will be processed, packed, and shipped within the estimated timeframe shown at checkout.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive tracking information by email or through the order page, when available.

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempt, or recipient absence, a new shipping fee may be required for reshipment.

Golden•ST is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs procedures, weather conditions, strikes, high demand periods, or other external factors beyond our control.
